The order journey

Buyer pays into escrow

The buyer places an order and pays. The funds go into Gamer2z Shield escrow — held by the platform, not yet paid to the seller.

Seller delivers

Some goods deliver instantly (keys, gift cards, accounts). Others are hand-delivered by the seller within a guaranteed delivery time (in-game currency, items, top-ups).

Buyer receives & confirms

The buyer checks the order. If all is well they confirm — or it auto-confirms after a short review window.

Protection hold, then release

After delivery, a short protection hold runs. Once it clears with no dispute, the funds become withdrawable in the seller’s wallet.
