Receive your order
Instant items (keys, gift cards, accounts) are delivered immediately.
Hand-delivered items (currency, top-ups, in-game items) arrive within the

Confirm — funds release
Once you’ve received and checked your order, it completes and the protection
hold runs before the seller is paid. If something’s wrong, you can
open a dispute.
