Getting your goods

Keys, gift cards, accounts are delivered the moment your payment succeeds — you’ll find the code or credentials in your order details.

Confirming and the protection hold

Once delivered, you have a review window to check the order. If everything’s right you can confirm immediately; otherwise it auto-confirms after the window passes. Then a short protection hold runs before the seller can withdraw — this is your safety buffer.
Review and hold windows are longer for higher-risk categories (for example, accounts) and shorter for low-risk ones (for example, top-ups). You’ll see the relevant timing on your order.

If something goes wrong

If your order isn’t delivered, is the wrong item, or isn’t as described, don’t confirm — open a dispute from the order page.

Disputes & refunds

How to open a dispute and how Gamer2z resolves it.
A paid order can’t be self-cancelled by the buyer. If there’s a problem, use the dispute flow — that’s how Gamer2z reviews the case and protects you.
