# Getting paid (payouts)

> How your wallet works and how to withdraw to bank, Wise, or crypto.

Your earnings live in your **Gamer2z wallet**. Money becomes withdrawable only
after each order clears its Gamer2z Shield protection hold.

## How your wallet is split

| Balance       | Meaning                                                    |
| ------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Available** | Cleared and ready to withdraw. |
| **Pending** | In escrow / protection hold — not yet withdrawable. |
| **Reserve** | A buffer that may be held briefly against chargeback risk. |

When an order completes its hold, its funds move from **pending** to
**available**.

## Fees and currency

* A **3% withdrawal fee** is deducted from each withdrawal.
* Your **payout currency and exchange rate are locked** when you request the
  withdrawal, so the amount that lands in your account doesn't swing with the
  market.

## Withdrawal lifecycle

<Steps>
  <Step title="Request">
    You request a withdrawal from your available balance and pick a method.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review">
    The request is reviewed before funds are sent.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Completed">
    The payout is dispatched to your chosen account. If a request is rejected or
    cancelled, the balance is returned to your wallet.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Commission on your sales is already deducted at the time of each order (see
  [Fees](/trust/fees)), so your wallet shows your **net** earnings — the
  withdrawal fee is the only deduction at payout time.
