# How Gamer2z works

> Buying, selling, and how Gamer2z Shield protects every order.

Gamer2z connects buyers and sellers of gaming goods, and stands in the middle to
keep both sides safe. The core idea is simple: **money and goods never change
hands directly — Gamer2z Shield holds the payment in escrow until the order is
delivered and confirmed.**

## The order journey

    The buyer places an order and pays. The funds go into **Gamer2z Shield
    escrow** — held by the platform, not yet paid to the seller.

  <Step title="Seller delivers">
    Some goods deliver **instantly** (keys, gift cards, accounts). Others are
    **hand-delivered** by the seller within a guaranteed delivery time
    (in-game currency, items, top-ups).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Buyer receives & confirms">
    The buyer checks the order. If all is well they confirm — or it
    auto-confirms after a short review window.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Protection hold, then release">
    After delivery, a short protection hold runs. Once it clears with no
    dispute, the funds become withdrawable in the seller's wallet.
