# Receiving your order

> What happens after you pay — delivery, confirmation, and the protection hold.

After you pay, your order moves through a few clear stages. Throughout, your
money stays in **Gamer2z Shield** escrow until everything checks out.

## Order statuses

| Status              | What it means                                                       |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Pending payment** | Your order is created, awaiting payment. |
| **Paid** | Payment received and held in escrow. The delivery clock starts now. |

| **Completed** | Hold cleared with no dispute; the order is done. |
| **Disputed** | A dispute is open and under review. |

## Confirming and the protection hold

Once delivered, you have a **review window** to check the order. If everything's
right you can confirm immediately; otherwise it **auto-confirms** after the
window passes. Then a short **protection hold** runs before the seller can
withdraw — this is your safety buffer.

<Note>
  Review and hold windows are longer for higher-risk categories (for example,
  accounts) and shorter for low-risk ones (for example, top-ups). You'll see the
  relevant timing on your order.
</Note>

## If something goes wrong

If your order isn't delivered, is the wrong item, or isn't as described, **don't
confirm** — open a dispute from the order page.

<Warning>
  A paid order can't be self-cancelled by the buyer. If there's a problem, use
  the dispute flow — that's how Gamer2z reviews the case and protects you.
